60 Hz ISO-PUCK Specifications

Mounting

For room installation, the ISO-PUCK transformer is supplied with a bracket for easy single screw wall mounting. The bracket is made of heavy gauge steel and attached to the rear surface with two bolts via threaded inserts firmly anchored in the epoxy potting resin.

For applications in the OEM industry, the threaded inserts allow the ISO-PUCK to be readily installed in a rack or inside equipment.

Technical Data

Input and Output voltages of the 60Hz models are 120V. To protect against overload, each transformer has a built-in auto-resettable thermo-protector. The standard length of the 14 AWG cords is 2 feet. The 60 Hz models have a molded hospital-grade plug on the input and a molded receptacle on the output.

We have expanded our ISO-PUCK product line to include more VA ratings. The largest size now handles 3000VA.

Certifications

UL and CSA Standards, IEC and EN Directives, CE Marking

The transformers are certified to Medical Safety Standards UL60601- and CSA STD c22.2 No. 601.1. The design guarantees maximum 50-uA leakage current, well below the legal requirement of maximum 100 uA as specified by NEC (National Electrical Code) and UL 60601-1. The 50/60Hz models are certified to IEC60601-1 and EN61558-1 with CE marking.
